Consulting with leadership:

Developing a culture of staff mental health and well being: this can also include confidential focus group discussions and anonymous questionnaires to measure current wellbeing status and priorities
Strategic feedback and marking policies to reduce workload without impacting on pupil attainment and progress
Strategic focus on workload reduction without impacting on pupil attainment and progress
Coaching skills for effective leadership and empowerment of staff, including application of values and communication for personality profiles
